In attendance: David Stevens and John Alexander, Selectmen, Greg Gallagher, Town Clerk, Amy Robinson, Administrative Assistant, Anne Alexander, Darryl and Carol Davis and Gerald Saindon.

Greg provided a faxed request from Jim Myers asking to allow VAST to groom the section of Long Pond RD not plowed. Greg was asked to ask Mr. Myers to the next meeting to answer the board’s questions.

John moved and David seconded to approve Select Orders and Payroll #3. Motion passed.

John moved and David seconded to approve the Minutes of 1/21/08 as written. Motion passed.

At the request of Gail Brown, David moved and John seconded to go into Executive Session for personnel issues at 7:05. Motion passed.

At 7:25, John moved and David seconded to come out of Executive Session. Motion passed.

Darryl and Carol Davis discussed the Municipal Building roof structure and submitted a proposal.

David moved and John seconded to authorize the proposal for $4964, Exhibit A. It was understood that damages to the ceiling may cost more. Motion passed.

Amy Robinson reported on a Grant Writing workshop that she attended.

David moved and John seconded to set the mileage reimbursement rate to the new Federal rate of 50.5¢ per mile. Motion passed.

David moved and John seconded to authorize Vince to go to the up coming Moderator training. Motion passed.

David moved and John seconded to adjourn at 8:10 PM. Motion passed.
