In attendance: Nancy Mallary, Chair, David Stevens (via telephone) and John Alexander, Selectmen, Greg Gallagher, Town Clerk, Jim Myers, Vince and Louisa Dotoli, Bob Cummings, Debi Rash and Gerald Saindon.

Jim Myers presented his reasons for asking authorization for VAST to groom the unplowed section of Long Pond Road which leads to the main VAST trail system. He said the trail is getting very rough and is dangerous.

Louisa expressed her concern for those that use the road for cross country skiing. Vince echoed those concerns.

Nancy asked if an ordinance would be needed since it was a Class 3 road. David said he was concerned about everyone’s safety.

Gerald was concerned about snow machines continuing down the plowed section of Long Pond RD and the danger of other vehicles and the plow truck.

David moved and John seconded to take the request to the Town attorney for his opinion. Motion passed.

John moved and David seconded to adjourn at 1:45 PM. Motion passed.
