Meeting called to order by Chairperson David Stevens at 11AM.

Meeting to discuss legal issues pertaining to proposed nudity [nuisance] ordinance.

Board asked town attorney a number of questions regarding options to consider during future deliberation as to whether to pursue the enactment of a nudity [nuisance] ordinance.

Board will contact attorney May should the board have additional questions prior to the next scheduled, June 9^th, board meeting.

David Stevens made a motion to recess, 11:40AM, until Monday 4PM at the municipal building. John Alexander seconded motion so moved. John A will ask Greg Gallagher to post the meeting to reconvene at 4PM Monday to discuss town business to include, but not limited to, transfer station issues and truck bid information.
