In attendance: David Stevens, Chair (at 4:49), John Alexander and Robert Cummings, Selectmen, Greg Gallagher, Town Clerk, Jereme LeBlanc and Debi Rash.

John moved and Bob seconded to have Debi call Jereme and ask him if he could come over to discuss the milfoil contract. Motion passed.

John moved and Bob seconded to accept the Minutes of the May 27, 2008 meeting. Motion passed

After reading a letter from NVDA, Bob moved and John seconded to reappoint Louisa Dotoli to the NVDA Board of Directors for another two years. Motion passed.

Jereme arrived and explained what he has been doing to get ready for the milfoil work.

He said that there was not a lot of milfoil at the boat launch. He will need 4-5 days to update his survey. He expects a full crew ready to pull by June 23^rd.

The Board reviewed funds available and contract amounts with Jereme.

At 5:35, John moved and Bob seconded to go into Executive Session for personnel matters. Motion passed.

At 6:30, John moved and Bob seconded to come out of Executive Session. Motion passed.

Board voted to give all employees a 3% raise. Board will send letters to all employees relative to insurance coverage expense to be negotiated next year.

Board will vote on ordinance at the next meeting.

Bob moved and John seconded to adjourn at 6:30 PM. Motion passed.
