In attendance: Nancy Mallary, Chair (via telephone), David Stevens and John Alexander, Selectmen, Greg Gallagher, Town Clerk, Jim Morin and Gerald Saindon.

The board discussed how to deal with Dennis, who has had a mild stroke. They expressed concern for his safety particularly when driving the plow truck. John will talk with him.

Jim Morin presented his trash pickup proposal for 2008 for $26,000. Nancy moved and John seconded to accept Jims proposal with a clarification in the renewal clause and subject to approval at Town Meeting. Motion passed.

John moved and David seconded to accept Select Orders and Payroll #26. Motion passed.

Nancy moved and David seconded to authorize Gerald to have the old radiator repaired ant a cost of $30-40 and Gerald’s time and travel expense. Motion passed.

David moved and John seconded to accept the Listers Errors and Omission for Deborah and Stephen Richards property which was lowered from $257,200 to $250,800.

David moved and John seconded to adjourn at 4:05 PM. Motion passed.
