SELECTBOARD MEETING

FEBRUARY 21, 2006

The meeting was called to order at the Municipal Building at 5 p.m.

Attending were John Alexander, David Stevens and Nancy Mallary.

Nancy made a motion and David seconded to go into executive session to discuss personnel issues. Motion passed.

Nancy made a motion and David seconded to come out of executive session at 5:50. Motion passed

Nancy made a motion and David seconded to have John contact Bill May about what to do regarding personnel complaint procedures. Motion passed

Nancy made a motion and David seconded to move to the Fellowship Hall for the rest of the meeting at 5:55 pm. Motion passed.
