The meeting was called to order at 12 p.m.at the Municipal Building. Attending were: John Alexander, David Stevens and Nancy Mallary.

David made a motion and Nancy seconded it to give letters to the highway department regarding benefits (See 2/22/06 letters)

David made a motion and Nancy seconded it to go into executive session at 12:04 to discuss personnel issues. The motion passed.

David made a motion and Nancy seconded it to come out of executive session at 12:18. The motion passed.

Nancy made a motion and David seconded to adjourn at 12:26 pm. Motion passed.
