  1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson J. Alexander @ 12:30PM. 

  1. David Stevens motioned to enter into executive session at 12:35PM
    to discuss legal issues. Second by J. Alexander motion carried.      

  1. Motion by David Stevens to come out of executive session 12:38PM
    second by J. Alexander so moved.      

  1. David Stevens motioned to contact Attorney Edward Zuccaro, Esq.
    and inform him that the Westmore Selectboard and Road Commissioner
    decline to be deposed by Attorney Hickey. Motion second by J. Alexander
    so moved.  

  1. David Stevens motioned to adjourn special meeting at 12:38PM.
    Second by J. Alexander so moved. Meeting adjourned at 12:38PM.
