WESTMORE PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING

FEBRUARY 11, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 6:20 pm. Present from the Planning Commission: Bill Perkins, Alan Cole, Steve Davenport, Louisa Dotoli and Anne Alexander. Under New Business, a schedule was set for 2008 regular meetings. Alan moved and Steve seconded a motion to meet on the fourth Monday of each month at 6 pm starting in March, which was so voted. The schedule will be posted on the web, on the bulletin board in the Town Clerk’s office and on the outside bulletin board.

Under Old Business, a draft of the bylaw revision was reviewed and deemed ready to send off to NVDA to begin the process for public hearing. The tenth or eleventh of March are tentative dates, if NVDA can schedule. It was also suggested that copies of the revision be available at town meeting for people to look at before a hearing is held.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 pm on a motion by Alan, seconded by Steve and so voted.
