In attendance: John Alexander, Chair, David Stevens, Selectmen, Greg Gallagher, Town Clerk, Deputies Kirk Martin and Dan Locke and Gerald Saindon.

Deputies Locke and Martin presented the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department proposal for 2007. The proposal had rate increases from $32.97 per hour to $34.49 per hour based on increases in Health insurance (10%), Workers comp(37%), Cost of living (3%)and gasoline(8%). They also proposed an increase in coverage by one hour a week. This represents an annual proposed budget of $10,724.

The Board will act on this proposal at their Budget Meetings.

David moved and John seconded to go into Executive Session for a legal issue at 3:17. Motion passed.

At 3:26, John moved and David seconded to come out of Executive Session. Motion passed.

David moved and John seconded to support Ed Zuccaro’s letter of 12/18/06 RE the Fenoff appeal so the Selectboard can have "Party Status" and to mail the "Notice of Appeal" to Mr. Zuccaro. Motion passed.

The minutes of the Dec 12, 2006 Meeting were passed on since Nancy was not present and David had not been at that meeting.

David moved and John seconded to adjourn at 3:50 PM. Motion passed.
