In attendance: John Alexander, Chair, David Stevens and Nancy Mallary, Selectmen, Greg Gallagher, Town Clerk, John Badger, Anne Alexander, Vince and Louisa Dotoli and Gerald Saindon.

John Badger spoke to the Board about getting a compactor for the Transfer Station. He will talk with Paul Tomasi from NEKWMD and bring a proposal to Town Meeting.

When asked by John about a request for a key by NEKWMD for recycling pick up, John said an employee needed to be there to clean up after they left.

John suggested that Vince Dotoli might be interested in Town Moderator. Vince said he had talked with Paul Moffat about it and Paul said he was not interested this year. Vince said he would do it if he was needed.

John moved and David seconded for the Town to pay for Vince’s expenses for attending the VLCT Town Meeting Tune-Up training for town moderators. Motion passed

John asked Greg if the VT Mileage Certificate had been sent out. Greg said he had talked with Dale Perron and completed the form and mailed it.

The Board reviewed the Town Meeting Warning and Budget.

On the Article for Payment of Taxes, Greg said that October 20 falls on a Saturday. He asked if it could be set for Monday, October 22.

Greg will bring it up at Town Meeting and also write it on the tax bill.

Nancy moved and David seconded to sign the 2007 Warning after adding "Lister for 3 Years" to Article 4. C. Motion passed.

Nancy reviewed her testimony to The Public Service Board on the UPC Wind issue which will be Wed., 2/7.

David moved and John seconded to have Nancy testify at the UPC Wind hearing as discussed. Motion passed.

John reported that Dale Perron had said it would be OK for people to park in the Town ROW an Arcadia Lane as long as they do not block the road.

Greg presented a Quit Claim Deed to VT Land Trust, Inc which had been brought in by Bill May. After discussion with Vince and Louisa Dotoli, the Board decided to seek more information on the transaction before signing off on it.

Nancy moved and David seconded to accept the 1/23/07 Minutes. Motion passed.

Nancy moved and David seconded to accept the 1/26/07 Minutes. Motion passed.

Nancy moved and David seconded to sign and approve Select Orders and Payroll #3. Motion passed.

David moved and Nancy seconded to present the Orders earlier in the meeting. Motion passed.

David moved and Nancy seconded to adjourn the meeting at 9:35 PM. Motion passed.
