In attendance: John Alexander, Chair, David Stevens, Selectmen, Greg Gallagher, Town Clerk, David and Annalei Babson and Gerald Saindon.

The Board reviewed with the Babsons, work that has been done to improve Tower Lane. David Babson said that extra gravel they have put on the road has helped, but there are still some muddy spots in the spring.

John had a concern that the road had to be safe for plowing and emergency vehicles.

John asked for a letter from the Babsons giving the Town permission to turn around on their property.

The Board will ask Dennis to meet with the Babsons sometime before their next meeting (1/9/07) and bring back final specs for improvements to Tower Lane before it can be reclassified Class 3.

David and John will also take another look at the road.

There will be a written letter of intent for all conditions required before the road can be upgraded. This will be signed off on by the Board and the Babsons.

John moved and David seconded to adjourn at 4:42 PM. Motion passed.
