Selectboard Meeting Minutes
In attendance: John Alexander, Chair, David Stevens and Nancy Mallary, Selectmen, Greg Gallagher, Town Clerk and Anne Alexander
John Alexander called the meeting to order at 5:17 PM.
After reviewing the lawn mowing bids, David moved and John seconded to accept All Terrain Extreme’s bid subject to providing adequate proof of insurance. Motion passed.
Since the Chronicle did not include the bid opening date in the truck bid ad that bid opening was tabled until 5/16.
David moved and John seconded to take the proposed Milfoil contract to Bill May for review.
Nancy submitted a letter to Lister Richard Dabiri accepting his resignation and thanking him for his accomplishments. The Board signed it and asked Greg to present it to him and copy his co-listers.
David moved and Nancy seconded to adjourn at 5:56 PM.
