Selectboard Special Meeting Minutes

Of

Nov. 9, 2005

In attendance: John Alexander (Chairperson), David Stevens & Nancy Mallary Selectboard members. Citizens-Rosalie Bowen, Debi Rash, Gerald Saindon, Louisa Dotoli, Vince Dotoli, Mary Lou Cummings, Anne Alexander and Randi Pickle.

At 3:30 p.m. the meeting was called to order by John Alexander.

Rosalie Bowen explaind reasons for the audit being so late and set the end of November for the draft due date.

Nancy Mallary moved to have Bill Perkins appointed acting Zoning Administer for the McArthur hearing. Dave Stevens seconded. Motion Passed.

Nancy moved to accept Bill Perkins temporary resignation from the Zoning Board of Adjustment. John seconded. Motion passed.

Randi Pickle updated the Board on an unlicensed dog issue.

At 4:00 PM Nancy moved to go into executive session to discuss a legal issue. Dave seconded. Motion passed.

At 4:28 PM Nancy moved to go out of Executive Session. Dave seconded. Motion Passed

Motion by Nancy seconded by David to adjourn the meeting. Unanimously passed. The meeting was adjourned at 4:33 PM.
